Risk Disclosure

Risk Disclosure.

Last updated: June 24, 2026. This disclosure explains important limits of trading simulation, market data, AI-assisted review, and educational practice.

Risk document

1. Real trading and investing involve risk

Real-world trading and investing can result in financial loss, including substantial loss. Users should never treat simulator activity, checklist results, journal review, AI-assisted outputs, scenario scores, or performance-intelligence records as a promise of future real-market performance.

2. Educational platform only

TradeMasterSim is an educational simulation and deliberate-practice platform. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, psychological advice, trading recommendations, market calls, brokerage services, order routing, custody, or real-money execution.

3. Simulation differs from real markets

Simulated practice may differ from real trading conditions, including liquidity, slippage, fees, spreads, latency, order execution, order rejection, partial fills, market halts, corporate actions, broker behavior, emotional pressure, and fast market events.

4. Market-data limitations

Historical market data may be delayed, adjusted, incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, or different from the data available from a user’s broker, exchange, or real-time feed.

Daily OHLCV data cannot prove hidden intraday sequence, exact fill order, tick-by-tick liquidity, real broker execution quality, or real-time market behavior.

5. AI-assisted review limitations

AI-assisted review, PRE and POST analysis, checklist interpretation, journal interpretation, replay summaries, and performance-intelligence outputs are educational and process-oriented. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, delayed, or unsuitable for a user’s circumstances.

AI output is not an instruction to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, allocate, avoid, or otherwise act in real markets.

6. User responsibility

Users remain responsible for their own financial decisions. Before making real-world trading or investment decisions, users should consider their financial situation, risk tolerance, legal constraints, tax situation, investment objectives, and whether they need qualified professional advice.

7. No outcome guarantee

Deliberate practice may help users review process quality, but TradeMasterSim does not promise profitability, skill improvement, discipline improvement, reduced losses, better trades, or any financial result.
