1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using TradeMasterSim, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional policies linked from the TradeMasterSim website, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Cookie & Storage Notice.
If you use TradeMasterSim on behalf of another person or organization, you are responsible for having authority to do so and for ensuring that the relevant users follow these terms.
2. What TradeMasterSim provides
TradeMasterSim is an educational trading-simulation and deliberate-practice platform. It provides simulated trading workflows, checklist-based discipline tools, PRE and POST review workflows, journal context, replay references, Review Cycle based access, and performance-intelligence surfaces.
TradeMasterSim is designed to help users practice a decision process. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, professional advice, or a regulated financial service.
3. Educational use and trading boundaries
TradeMasterSim does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, psychological advice, trading recommendations, investment research, brokerage services, order routing, custody, or real-money market execution.
Users are solely responsible for any real-world trading, investing, financial, tax, legal, or business decisions they make outside TradeMasterSim.
4. Accounts and security
Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and signing out on shared or untrusted devices.
Users may not share accounts, bypass access controls, probe private APIs, scrape the service, overload infrastructure, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected areas of the platform, misuse AI workflows, or use TradeMasterSim for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
5. Plans, payments, and Review Cycles
Paid plans and packages may provide access to a defined number of Review Cycles or a recurring billing-period allowance. A Review Cycle is the entitlement unit used for eligible review, analysis, training-review, or related workflow access inside TradeMasterSim.
Prices, plan names, Review Cycle quantities, renewal behavior, taxes, payment methods, invoices, and receipts are shown at the point of purchase or in the related billing flow. Users are responsible for reviewing the plan details before completing a purchase.
Subscription renewal must be presented with clear user consent. TradeMasterSim does not intend to rely on hidden or pre-checked renewal consent.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Refund requests are handled under the TradeMasterSim Refund Policy. The Refund Policy explains the 14-day request window, paid Review Cycle usage threshold, duplicate-charge review, billing-error review, and access adjustment after an approved refund.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal where applicable. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless the Refund Policy or applicable law requires it.
7. Market data, simulations, and AI-assisted review
TradeMasterSim may use historical market data, simulated scenarios, checklist responses, journal context, replay references, and AI-assisted review workflows to support training and review.
Market data, simulation behavior, AI output, review summaries, scores, and performance intelligence may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from real-world market conditions. Users must not treat them as instructions to place real trades.
8. Third-party services
TradeMasterSim may use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, security checks, market-data sources, AI processing, payment processing, and operational infrastructure.
Third-party providers may change, fail, suspend, discontinue, or limit their services. TradeMasterSim is not responsible for third-party outages or provider conduct outside its direct control.
9. Intellectual property
TradeMasterSim, including its interface, training flows, checklist systems, review workflows, product logic, text, design, code, databases, scenario systems, and performance-intelligence surfaces, is protected by intellectual-property and other applicable rights.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the service for permitted use. Users may not copy, clone, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create a competing commercial system from the platform.
10. Availability and changes
TradeMasterSim may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, quotas, providers, workflows, pricing, or access rules. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, security events, provider outages, operational issues, or technical failures.
TradeMasterSim does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Warranty and liability limits
TradeMasterSim is provided as an educational software service. It does not promise profitability, trading improvement, loss prevention, market opportunity identification, or any financial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeMasterSim is not liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, consequential damages, or decisions made outside the platform.
